The method
Select the matching standard size according to the dimensions of your laptop. Now, place the laptop on the corrugated board under the retention packaging film. Folding down the flaps on the sides stretches the film and the laptop is clamped onto the corrugated board format. Your device is now held in place and secured against slipping out. Finally, put up the opposing flaps. Your laptop is safely enwrapped. The hollow bottom ensures that there is a gap between your laptop and the walls on all sides, providing additional protection against any external influences.
All that‘s left to do is put it into the box!

Place the monitor on the corrugated board under the retention packaging film. The stand has enough space to fit through the universal opening. Folding down the flaps on the sides stretches the film and the monitor is clamped onto the corrugated board format. Your device is now held in place and secured against slipping out. Finally, put up the opposing flaps. Your monitor is
safely enwrapped. The stand fits through the opening. Now place the bottom cushion in the box, then insert the retention packaging. The stand passes through the opening provided in the bottom cushion. All that‘s left to do is close the box!

This cushion solution has been designed for large-size flat screens and flat panels with or without a stand. It is tailor-made for 32 to 60-inch diagonal screens. Smaller screen diagonals on request.
The method
Our special packaging for screens is based on the suspension packaging Emba-Swing®. The corner suspension cushions can accommodate different display formats ranging from 32 to 60 inches. This version is especially useful in cases where a stand is pre-installed.
Due to the 4 cushions no stress is applied to any side of the screen. This system allows to pack screens in various dimensions. The outer box will be designed as an individual telescopic packaging.
