The technology

The tray is adjusted to 4 sizes with a hand lever in the immediate vicinity. The appropriate tray (S, M, L, XL) is placed on the tray and the holder fixes the tray automatically. The goods to be dispatched (several are possible) are then placed on the tray. The packing process is started by pressing a button (buzzer). At the same time, the employee can erect the shipping carton or prepare shipping documents.

Immediately afterwards, the tray is fully wrapped and can be placed in the shipping carton. With this machine system, everything is child's play and perfectly packaged. The costs are always the same and included in the tray price. The machine system is provided to you, film included. You have no fluctuations due to more or less filling material. Shipping goods weighing up to 10 kg are no problem. Thanks to perfectly designed outer boxes and reinforcements, dispatch is fast and secure.

The buzzer starts the packing process. The goods are wrapped tightly with film (of course with recycled content film) onto the tray. During the packaging process, the user can prepare other activities (e.g. assemble the outer carton). The buzzer housing is magnetic and can be placed anywhere.
